The Lease is currently being reviewed by Wandsworth Borough Council (WBC). This Lease is the legal framework through which the Roehampton Garden Society manages the allotments on Sites 2 & 3 on behalf of the freeholders, WBC.
The Tenancy Agreement was revised and issued in 2009 by WBC. When taking on a plot and each year at renewal the tenant agrees to abide by this Tenancy Agreement and the Rules of the Roehampton Garden Society. These are binding for all plotholders and will be enforced by the Committee and its nominated representatives.
