Roehampton Garden Society

Joining

We welcome anyone with an interest in gardening to become a member of RGS. If you’d like to find out more, please contact us with any queries or drop in at our Store .

We have two types of membership. Our allotment plotholders are Full members, but we have many Associate members who garden from home. Join as an Associate member at any time.

Benefits of RGS Membership

  • Shop in our Store (on site 2, the Pleasance site). You will find horticultural products at excellent competitive prices and a warm welcome! The Store is a community hub where members can share gardening experience and purchase competitively priced, environmentally sustainable products.
  • Receive our monthly Email Newsletter. Full of gardening tips, things to do and dates for your diary.
  • Enter our Shows. We encourage exhibits of flowers, fruit and vegetables from children, beginners and experts.
  • Come on our Trips and enjoy visits to gardens and other events.

Join as an Associate Member

If you wish to join in the activities of the RGS but are not a plotholder you can take advantage of our Associate Membership. The Annual subscription is less than for a Full Membership. This may be a good option while you are on the waiting list for an allotment, or if you prefer simply to garden from home.

Please fill in our application form here.

Join our Allotment waiting list. (Wandsworth residents over 18 only)

The waiting time is currently about 6 years. Applications are dealt with in strict chronological order. There are some restrictions on who is eligible to lease an allotment.
